System Description Gagemaster 6460 Three axis multi-sensor inspection system with full CNC control. Large format Venture Plus with fully motorized 640mm x 600mm x 250mm X,Y,Z measuring range. Moving bridge construction with a unique design of self-adjusting air bearings, to provide excellent stability and low maintenance. A granite base and rail provides a precision guideway for the Y axis air bearings and a steel stand with anti-vibration leveling feet provide a stable platform. The non-contact measuring system utilizes a high resolution camera and motorized 6.5:1 zoom lens assembly which is integrated into the Z axis quill. An additional fixed touch probe mounting (VP-TP20-JOINT can be provided to suit your existing Renishaw TP20 modules, or a complete kit (VP-TP20-KIT) can be specified which includes everything you need to get started with probing – available separately. All axes are fitted with Renishaw 0.5 micron resolution encoders. Fusion AB3-V PC based 3 axis CNC measuring system, full 3D geometric functionality, video edge detection tools with autofocus and CNC profile scanning / best fit analysis & SPC. The software draws features as they are measured, and then allows dimensions to be added exactly as they appear on component drawings enabling a fully dimensioned replica drawing to be produced. With this simple to use format, learning times for the first time user are minimal, ensuring greater productivity. The system is can be controlled by a 3 Axis CNC and manual Joystick control. The system includes fully programmable 64 LED surface light, Co-axial (TTL) light and a CNC controlled collimated under stage light which tracks the camera position. An industry standard rack mount PC based controller c/w cordless keyboard, mouse and two 19” LCD monitors are included.
